Sunday, May 26, at 2:00 in the Sylvan Grove Theater sees the premiere of Aesop's Fables, devised and directed by Ryn Paris and Grecia Leal (a major in Drama and Classics, BA '19). There will be subsequent performances on Thursday, May 30 at 7:00 PM; Saturday, June 1 at 2:00 PM; and Sunday, June 2 at 2:00 PM.

Slow and steady wins the race. At one time or another, you have probably heard this moral from Aesop’s fable, “The Tortoise and the Hare”. While it may be true that Tortoise won, Hare is worried that Aesop’s moral gives the wrong idea about what actually happened. So Hare and the other animals are taking matters into their own hands. Join us for story time at Sylvan Grove, as the animals of Aesop’s fables come to life to share their own stories in their own words.
