Our newest faculty member Prof. Chris Waldo is making quite a splash at the UW! This month Prof. Waldo was featured in the May issue of the UW College of Arts and Sciences newsletter Perspectives ("In Classics, a Different Take on Race") in which he discusses a class he is currently teaching, "Race and Identity in Antiquity", and his work as co-chair of the Asian and Asian American Classical Caucus.
