Our Fulbright alum writes from Sri Lanka

Muditha Dharmasiri sends greetings from from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, where she is a Lecturer in the Department of Classical Languages. Muditha, who earned an MA in Classics at UW as holder of a Fulbright Masters Student Award (2016-17), is teaching Latin in Spring '19 and writes "I learned a lot of skills about teaching a language from UW." She has been featured in a new video that describes opportunities for students across the University of Peradeniya's Faculty of Arts. Describing her exploration of ancient Greek and Roman classics as well as theater and drama at the University of Peradeniya and her fellowship experience at UW, Muditha's advice to students is: "The Faculty of Arts offers so many opportunities: grab what you can."
