Tuesday, January 10: Word Building

  • Read Chapter 2 – Word Building Tools (pg.19-36)
  • Commit to Memory: Greek Nouns and Adjectives (Chapter 2 pg. 19-25; combining form -archy to adjective therm). Memorize all bulleted bases/combining forms in these sections.

Thursday, January 12: Word Building

  • Read Chapter 3 – Word Building Tools (pg.45-64)
  • Word Building Practice and Review

 

Week 3

Tuesday, January 17: Mythology

  • Read Chapter 4 – Mythology (pg.75-98)
  • Commit to Memory: Greek Adverbs and Verbs (Chapter 2 pg. 25-29; adverb eu to verb treph)
  • Homework #1: Chapter 4 Exercises 2-3, 6b, 6e (pg.101-103) (submit on Canvas)

Thursday, January 19: Mythology and Reception
