As many of our readers and supporters are aware, Professor James Clauss instituted in 1995 -- and has run many times -- a highly successful, 10-day Rome Academic Enrichment Program for the UW's Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity. The program has proven life-changing for many of its participants. The story of one such student -- Annabel Cholico ('08), now an Academic Counselor with OMAD -- was recently featured on the Office of Global Affairs website.
